The Sixteenth Beast.
The beast has turned into a baleen skimmer! Its head now hangs low below its body and its fins and arms have turned into a sail to push it with wind currents while it filters out small organisms from the water. The sacs at the sides of its mouth probably aide in filtration or water extraction. Its horns have elongated and are probably used to fight with members of its own species.
I realized, this is the first beast to have/show teeth!
